Participants have the option of attending one or both sessions. The fee for a single session is $250 + GST and $400 + GST for participants who attend both sessions.

'The Business of Website Design' is a half-day crash course on the consulting and business side of web design. Learn all you need to know to answer clients’ questions and be able to guide them from step 1 through to the launch of a new website.
You will learn:
- How to assess your clients' needs
- Strategies for dealing with existing websites
- Content management systems and software
- How to register domains and set-up effective web and e-mail hosting systems
- Structure the content of the site so it's a true reflection of the clients’ brand and services
- Content update strategies
- Setting the site up so its 'optimzied' and Google and other search engines can find it
