Remaining Competitive

TAKING STOCK AFTER COVID AT A LEADERSHIP RETREAT

60-years of continuous improvement have earned the Number Ten Architectural Group much deserved recognition as one of Canada’s Best Managed Companies. To keep the firm running smoothly, leadership retreats are an integral to keeping everyone engaged and inspired. For their first retreat in three years, Number Ten sought a firm who could provide an overview of current market conditions, assess the firm’s competitive standing and provide recommendations for moving forward. Oomph reviewed Number Ten’s impressive and wide-ranging portfolio, interviewed leaders, researched target markets, clients and competitors. Based on our findings we recommended various approaches, which were then discussed and explored through lively moderated sessions.

  • Practice review

  • Target market, trend and competitive research

  • Strategic recommendations

  • Development of brand positioning

Working with Johanna and her team at Oomph was a truly exceptional experience. Her leadership, enthusiasm, and knowledge of brand messaging, combined with her keen interest in our business, led to a very productive and invigorating refreshment of our Number TEN brand. I recommend Oomph to any business looking for someone who goes above and beyond to service their clients.
